Huntington Memorial Hospital – Pasadena, CA
Serving Pasadena and surrounding communities, the new four-story 70,000 Sq ft Emergency Department Tower added three floors of patient care spaces including an expanded emergency department, operating suites, trauma, radiology and shell space for future needs.
The project included innovative lighting systems, new power distribution for 4 branches of power – normal and segregated emergency systems. The project also involved road relocation and site planning.
The state-of-the-art ED was built in phases to allow the existing ED to remain operational throughout construction, expanding the existing 30 beds to 50 beds.
